Pro Tech work is by far the best and most reliable computer shop in town! They not only are experts at troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with your computer but they also fix those issues promptly! On top of all of that Nick Gentile should teach a class on customer service! He never makes you feel like you are bothering him or wasting his time! He is the best at what he does bar-none! Y'all keep up the fantastic work!

Nick Gentile with Pro Tech Work is top notch when it comes to your IT and website needs. When we first contacted Nick, we had major IT problems. We also had a website for a couple of years that we paid a large monthly fee for but did not even show up when you searched for our firm on Google. Nick fixed our technical problems and designed a new website for us and maintains it monthly. We have a lot of traffic through our website. He is very timely when there is an issue. Whether the problem is big or small, he always fixes the same in a timely manner. The fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Pro Tech Work for all your computer needs!!!

we were in hot water with our computers and had someone else come check things out and really didn't help us. Nick from Protechwork came in and listened to our problems, took the time to check things out and then fixed everything just how he explained he would. Nic with Pro TEch work is amazing. Recently, I began experiencing issues with my MacBook Air and what I refer to as the "color wheel of death". Simply stated, my computer would freeze up and I would have to force a shut down. Nic communicated with me on my level without making me feel inferior about my lack of understanding of computers and knew right away what I meant by the "color wheel of death". Nic corrected the issue with my MacBook and returned it to me in a very short period of time. ProTech Work was approachable, reliable and very reasonable.
