Our family and friends have all used Phoebe Woodcock as our realtor. We were very scared and did not know all the ends and outs of purchasing a home in this day and time. Phoebe is very knowledgeable and she held our hand through the entire experience. Whenever we had questions or concerns, she quickly addressed them. She showed us close to 10 properties within our process. She never seemed tired or inconvenienced by us. Phoebe took all the guesswork out of the buying process. What I really appreciated is her honesty about the properties we looked at. If it was really not going to be a good fit, she would help us to not just pick anything because of the crazy market. She stuck in there with us until we found exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Phoebe for taking care such great care of us. We highly recommend Phoebe Woodcock.

At first, everything seemed great. We spoke to Phoebe Woodcock (supposedly the owner of this company) and had a conversation about the property. She was all in. We explained our critical situation our family of 6 was in, she seemed sympathetic. She even told us that the tenant would have no problem with us moving in early. She had us pay $70 ($35 each person) application fee just to view the home. We did that. She schedule the viewing with us. It seems like everything changed when we let her know that we had a service animal who assists my husband, who is a disabled veteran. She clearly was not informed on laws regarding service animals and told us she would talk to her attorney and get back to us. The next morning, right before our viewing she cancelled on us with no reschedule date. She claimed it wasn due to "the tenant's mom having an emergency." We waited, she didn't get back to us. When she did respond, she told us she was out of town! Completely unprofessional. It's been several days and nothing. We have called, sent texts and emails. No response. She took our $70 and discriminated a disabled person with a service animal. I do not recommend getting involved with this company. Be careful with these scams.

i called phoebe woodcock with interest of viewing a house. my current landlord was selling and we had just a short time to find a place. she explained the application process and made it so simple for us to get into a new gorgeous home in a matter of weeks. when everyone else in town was telling us no because our credit isnt perfect, she said yes!!!! and even worked with us on paying the deposit, not to mention, i have not 1 but 2 service animals that she gladly accomodated. my dad is a disabled vet and she made sure he had the right equipment for his needs installed the right way. she then called to follow up and make sure everything was good. shes on top of things in a quick manner. we absolutely love phoebe and everything shes done to help my family.

My agent took us for a tour of a property listed by Ms. Woodcock. About half way through the tour, Ms. Woodcock came in and said the home was under contract and we had to leave (the owner had cameras and had notified her we were there). She was very rude and acted like we had done something wrong. Her assistant gave us the code to get in, there was no sale pending sign on the for sale sign in front of the home, nor was it showing as pending online. So she took what was a mistake on her part and turned it into a very rude and unprofessional encounter with my agent and my family. I do not recommend Ms. Woodcock or her company.

Phoebe is very nice and friendly. Super helpful when looking for a home.
