My experience and my son's experience over the course of a year have been nothing but positive. Is the building the greatest, no but that's not the thing I'm worried about. The treatment of my family and my child have been top tier. Precious Hearts is a place I send my son without a moments hesitation. The parents night out events they run are great and my son has had a blast and given my wife and I date nights. The staff I've interacted with are all great. Miss Stephanie and Miss Elisha have been awesome and caring. Can't say enough good things about this place. Miss Wendy and Miss Sara are everything you could ask for in preschool teachers. Excellent experience for my family as a whole.

At Precious Hearts Daycare Center, they are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child entrusted to our care. We understand that choosing the right daycare is an important decision for families, and we appreciate the trust parents place in us. I recognize that negative reviews are often emotionally charged and may not always reflect the full reality of a situation. It is a well-documented psychological phenomenon that people who feel a loss of control or emotional distress may lash out in frustration, particularly in public forums such as online reviews. While we respect every individual’s right to voice their concerns, it is important to approach such reviews with discernment, as they frequently reflect the personal frustrations of the reviewer rather than an objective assessment of the business itself. Understanding the Psychology of Negative Reviews • The Need for Control – Many negative reviewers feel a loss of control in a situation and seek to regain power by publicly attacking an establishment. This often stems from their own unresolved emotions, stress, or dissatisfaction with life circumstances. • Psychological Projection – In some cases, individuals who struggle with their own emotional regulation, unrealistic expectations, or difficulty adapting to policies and rules may project these frustrations onto others, including businesses and institutions that set necessary boundaries. • Confirmation Bias – Once someone has a negative perception, they actively seek information that reinforces that belief while disregarding positive aspects. This cognitive bias can lead to exaggerated or one-sided accounts. • Emotional Overreaction – Strong emotions, particularly anger and frustration, can impair judgment, leading to distorted, exaggerated, or even false claims. In many cases, individuals write reviews in the heat of the moment rather than after rational reflection. • Anonymity & Online Disinhibition – The online world...

I am so thrilled with this daycare!! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make us feel welcome. They genuinely care about the children and create a warm, nurturing environment. I’ve noticed how attentive they are to each child's needs and how they foster a positive, engaging atmosphere. It’s such a relief to know that my kids are in such capable and caring hands. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a supportive and loving place for their little ones! P.s Ms. Kat and the other teachers in the infant room are amazing. =]

BLUF: The worst customer service. After completing a tour, I called to proceed with the registration process and to my surprise I received an unexpected response. Ms. Fitzcherald was the absolute the worst person to ask about registration. She was inpatient and rude. She wouldn't answer my questions and proceeded with cutting me off. I then proceeded with well maybe this is an indicator that I shouldn't enroll my child here as you have so much attitude. She then responded with well I hope you find whatever you are looking for elsewhere. To make matters worst, she hunged up on me when I was asking her name. I am very disappointed and shocked as I wasn't expecting this phone call to go the way it did.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I’m sitting at Peanuts laundry and happened to look over at precious hearts daycare center and see two young boys pull down the pants to another male child and one of the male children then proceeding to bully him while the child is trying to pull his pants up. Said child pulls up pants, then the other two said children pull pants back down to his ankles, to my astonishment I see a young woman with long hair, she’s Caucasian, with a green sweater long sleeve black pants and white sneakers she’s on her cell phone facing away from the children, carrying a conversation on her phone, as the one child is being bullied; this goes on for a good 15 minutes. I advise that you not send your children to this daycare center. They obviously have unprofessional and inadequate staff. Choose somewhere else to go this place is not safe for your children.
