Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I walked into the food court and saw no line at this Popeyes. I thought, oh, this is great, I’ll be helped quickly. I was so wrong, in fact I wouldn’t be helped at all. I waited, and waited, and waited. The same two boys walked by me twice, and straight up ignored me everytime. And when they were just standing there, they wouldn’t even look in my direction.Then a lady came from the back spoke to them and still no one even acknowledged there was someone at their counter. I ended walking next to door to much busier restaurant, who treated me much better. I guess there’s a reason why no one was in line here.

Horrible customer service. Never acknowledged any customers. Several in line waiting to oder. No one stepped up and said they'll be with them. DO BETTER !!!

I walked up to redeem my free drink in the app as it wouldn’t let me place it as a mobile order. They scanned my app and my app confirmed that the points were used. The young girl at the register couldn’t figure it out and then a white lady walked up and told me it was easier if i mobile ordered it. Which i tried to do but it wouldn’t work. How hard is it to ring in one drink? Then the young girl starts flipping out because some couple walking by gave her a dirty look??? The white lady then starts telling her to point them out??? i didn’t realize this popeyes was run by children. We then went back up to get a refill and the MANAGER tried to tell us that what we had wasn’t a refill cup and she didn’t know who gave it to us?? this was maybe ten minutes later. My boyfriend was so confused and just asked her if she’d refill it or not and she did it hesitantly. The most unprofessional, immature group of workers i’ve ever seen.

I ordered a number 1 which was great but when I go my number 7 with the 1 BIC platter it was all messed up. I told her rice and mashed potatoes but instead received fries. The shrimp taste old and my rice or mashed potatoes were not in my bag. I paid 23.41 for food I did not receive and because I don’t stay on that side of town I am not willing to drive back over for them to fix it. I also was not given my receipt either so I can not leave a review.

Absolutely horrible… i wouldn’t leave a bad review unless they were really bad and they are. The food is horrible taste like 2 mth old grease. The employees are horrible ppl. They lash out at u, they don’t help at all, they seem like taking an order is the worst thing in the world. They won’t help with door dash. It’s just a dumpster fire
