Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This was my first time ever at a PopEye's! So I came when it was pouring rain. I got soaked trying to order and just pulled up to the window of the drive through. The cashier was so nice about it, she took my order. I got two chicken breasts, red beans and rice, and colle slaw, with the sweet Mango tea. The chicken was excellent. The red beans and rice was good, the rice was right on the edge of that uncooked, dry texture, but the beans saved it. The coleslaw was not my favorite because they use sweet relish. The Mango tea was so good. I got a cinnamon apple pie. Way too much powdered cinnamon but still tasty. Overall I enjoyed my meal, and awesome customer service and look forward to visiting again.

Never again! I pulled up for lunch trying to order my usual, which is a 3 or 4 piece combo in which I normally ask for all legs. Today, I asked for 4. She told me that she couldn't give me 4 legs because she has to sell the other chicken that she has too. I don't blame her, I blame management. That's like me ordering 2 sides of corn, and u telling me I can only have 1 side of corn and I have to get some macaroni, because yall have a lot of macaroni left. That is not my problem! I'm paying for it. Why are you telling me what pieces I can have?? They don't have to worry about me anymore. I usually eat there a couple times per week, and maybe u won't miss my contribution, but I guarantee, not another red cent will come from me! I drove right on to KFC. I'm not mad, that's just poor customer service. Yall can have that.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes. My wife and I came through the drive thru and ordered. The time on my receipt was 7:31 pm. We were told we had to wait about 15 minutes for chicken. This was weird from a place that mostly sells chicken but I was in a good mood so I said we would wait. We pulled up to wait and about 10 minutes later they pulled a car up behind us and two others in the parking spaces across from the drive thru. We got two meals. All three of those cars left before us. An employee approaches the car about 20 minutes after the original order was placed to ask what we had. She walked away in the middle of me telling her. About 8 pm they finally bring our order out. We have regular chicken tenders instead of spicy, incorrect sauces, no plastic ware and we were missing a side. At this point we had been there for about 30 minutes so my wife calmed me down for a little while before entering the restaurant herself we left the store with correct food at 8:33. I feel like Popeyes should’ve had us on their clock for how long we waited on “fast” food. I’m now back home at almost 9pm posting this warning to anyone trying to grab a quick bite to eat.

Check your order! They frequently get it wrong. And they will hassle you about replacing the incorrect order! I ordered Garlic Parmeson wings. I got the wings, but no Garlic Parmeson sauce. I informed the male, African- American manager, who stated, quote "we can't keep giving away food", unquote.

I went to this location at 3:27pm I drove 30 minutes to get food from here. I repeated my order 3 times only to assume my order was right. My fault for not checking no..there fault for not listening after repeating myself 3 times..that should have been my wue to leave. I g paid 19.95 for them to give me a hand full of cries..6 wings was not six wings they were party size chicken too hot for my child to eat he almost checked. I asked for the wings to be regular and I order the cajun rice which she didn't give me. The only thing that was right was the flounder fish sandwich. When I tell you this is why these fast food chain are closing down for are being ran by robots is because of things like this. Food is too expensive to be messing up people ordered. I want my money back but of course they want answer the the phone.. Never again.. 2 time this happened it want be a 3rd. Do better or shut down.
