I just want to give a shout out to Pollock in Columbia, SC. I have been working with them for over 10 years. In those 10 plus years I have never encounter a more professional business. Everyone I have come in contact with from Pollock has given BGC and myself nothing professional services, never any frustrations or attitudes, always had smiles on their faces when they came for service calls. In these days and times it is few and far in between that you get all of this in one package. One person in particular I have nothing but unlimited praises for, her customer services, her ability to assist in solving ALL of our issues with our printers, always picking up the phone when I call, going out to our sites to assist our campus directors with their print issues, I email her after hours, expecting here to answer the following day. No, She reply's right back no matter what time I reach out. I call her for billing issues she corrects them. I cannot say enough about her. Her name is Meredith Elliott. I would not trade her for world. She is AWESOME! ! ! !. Tate you have a Great Team.

Palmer Douglas and Pollock Company are one of the best customer service IT businesses in town. They are responsive, helpful and fair in price for all of our copier/printer and IT needs. They never fail to handle any and all concerns quickly, and provide valuable guidance when our school and church are looking to grow in resources. We are thankful to have them here in Augusta. Pollock has been our trusted IT vendor as well as our supplier/support for our mail machine and printers, but during our recent addition and renovation, they have become even more involved in helping our company. They now support our new phone system, alarms and cameras, and door access.
