Had a water issue that lasted a while. There doesn't seem to be enough machines for the common workouts, and no duplicates of some machines so there's always a line. All in all, their equipment is nice, and it's a quiet and enjoyable place to workout. But their music is awful for working out, definitely bring your own earbuds.

Overall the gym is good and has clean equipment but the short guy who does the training is incredibly rude. I use to love coming here but now I am always worried to bump into this guy because he is always rude, hogs a lot of the equipment and training areas, I can't even get close before he says something rude or snatches the equipment from me. He pushed a sign in my face, made rude remarks and threaten to take my member ship away. I really hope this wasn't driven by race hate. I hope I can feel comfortable coming to this gym again.

Update: I reached out to the email address provided and Laura was actually no help at all. Let this be a lesson to us all to spend our money elsewhere. Read the other 1 star reviews, this is not the first issue with a “trainer/assistant manager” -who by the way, is the same person (Steven) That I’m talking about in this post: Steven has the worst customer service of any planet fitness I have been to. Looked me in my face and told me I was NOT a customer and it doesn’t matter if I speak to the actual manager because he will say the same thing. Instead of taking ownership of the issue he was argumentative and combative. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. He the dismissed me and turned around and did the same to my fiance’. I think it’s safe to say that If he represents what this company stands for, they are NOT a safe space for LGBTQ+ community! He had no reason to be as nasty and dismissive as he was because the staff wasn’t properly trained on company policy and procedure.

Gym is clean and organized, too bad that not all the personnel are kind. I had a very bad experience with a little short trainier boy, who was extremely rude and with a bad attitude. I am pretty sure the main issue was my race. He came very close to my face, yelling at me, asking if I knew how to read and threatening to revoke my membership. I am an older woman and can't believe this person can disrespect me like that. If you come, please be aware of this person, especially if you are Hispanic and female. I didn't see him having any issues with male and white members.

The convenience of the location to my home and more than enough equipment and free weights for everyone. For the most part, most employees are friendly and helpful.
