Pizza Hut

No, because the last 5 times I ordered from the Harlem grovetown location My order had been messed up, I submit a complaint online and never hear anything back I called the store once, and was supposed to get a credit on my account that they never added... Then today, I try again, I ordered almost $50 worth of pizza. A doubke order of breadsticks and cheese sticks What the actual hell is this pizza hut?!,! The breadsticks and cheese sticks we t e purposely made wrong and just look disgusting And the Tuscan crust or whatever it is, bacon pizza i ordered is hard as a brick thin crust... I submitted a complaint, but will probably never hear back!! This is unacceptable the bread and cheese sticks are a joke...a freaking joke...

I ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza with bacon and jalapeños all over the pizza. When I picked it up, the lady opened the box and I was like what is this? The pizza didn't have a surplus of pepperoni and it barely had any jalapeños on it. She asked me if I wanted them to remake it, but once I looked behind her at the guy making the pizzas in the kitchen, he had on no gloves and kept rubbing his hands on his pants. No way was I going to eat this pizza. I thanked the lady, took the pizza, and threw it in the trash. Never again will I order from this location. I did not get what I ordered; i paid extra for toppings and they only gave me the care minium plus the guy was working with his bare hands. Highly disappointed.

The pizza was delivered fast but it was made so THIN the toppings just fell off we had to eat with a fork and the stuffed crust was very uneven with parts of the crust being so large.

No words. And they never answer the phone to fix anything more efficiently. If you do an online order and want a refund you have to go up to the store and to be honest if you want it done right, just so carry out and check it yourself at this point. It’s too hit or miss to risk the disappointment of delivery.

The food was stone cold, even after having to wait for it. I assume the pizza sat while they tried to fix the bread sticks that had, stuck to the bottom of the pan, because it wasn't there, so we basically got half of the the bread sticks. Having been a manager of a pizza hut, I'm absolutely shocked at the low quality of both food and service. Will never return, the Domino's down the street is so much better.
