Alison and Dr.Velky are top notch!!! All of the healthcare providers are absolutely outstanding in this practice. The front staff, billing department, nurses, MA’s as well as the phlebotomis are just an incredible and outstanding group of professionals! I’m sincerely grateful for this practice!!

I received a notice that I had an appointment coming up that I didn’t schedule. I assumed it was to discuss blood test results from a few months back, but when I went into the office the doctor didn’t know why I was there, and it was a short, superfluous visit. I don’t know if it was a schedulers mistake or an app mistake but unfortunately I got charged a hefty bill for that mistake. When I called the billing office to dispute the charge they simply said that because I confirmed the appointment on the app, I am fully responsible for the charge. I had assumed that if they booked an appointment for you, there must be a point for the appointment. Apparently that’s my fault for assuming. So if you receive a notice for an office visit that you didn't book, make sure to call to check if it was done on purpose. I’m going to be changing providers because honestly, it feels like a shady business practice to just randomly schedule appointments for patients with no real objective for them, and then charge them.

Mrs Susan Diagana, Nurse Practitioner, at Dr. John Velky’s office, is an excellent doctor/practitioner. She is extremely thorough and talented at getting to the root cause of problems. I have been very impressed. She is a Nurse Practitioner and an assistant for Dr. Velky. If I ever lose Dr. Velky as my primary physician I will trust her with my primary health care. Mrs. Susan Diagana is a very conscientious care giver. She is, in fact, all-that-and-a box of chocolate… She is quite impressive.

I love Dr. Velky and his staff..Wonderful, professional and compassionate people. They listen and do their very best to help. I have been with Dr. Velky's office for a long time and have seen Dr. Velky, Allison and now Susan. I wouldn't think of changing my doctor.

Ms. Susan and Dr. Velky will get to the bottom of whatever is going. Ms. Susan is very knowledgeable in psychology and medicine (Interactions of medicines). Urgent/responsible care is their priority as well as quality of information and services. Ms. Susan gives awesome, impactful information. Dr. Velky is amazing for having her.
