This was my first visit here. The check in staff was efficient and friendly. All the staff I saw were wonderful. Dr. Matthew Tingle saw me. He listened to my concerns and explained my opinions. I felt greatly heard and listened to. I highly recommend this Doctor and clinic.

I was fortunate to be referred to Dr Goodrich and his practice for spinal surgery. After initial visit I was confident with my decision and choice. The office and exam rooms were clean and welcoming. Office staff was efficient , friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Goodrich left me with the feeling I had made an excellent choice. He listened to my concerns and was extremely patient while answering my questions. Surgery was well tolerated and recovery was swift- what more could you want! My thanks to all who were involved.

My visit was great! I stand a lot at work, so as a part of my annual physical exam, I have my knees checked to make sure they are holding up well. After having both knees X-rayed, I was reassured by Dr. Tingle that I did not have any physical or exercise limitations other than refraining from running on hard surfaces such as pavement. Dr. Tingle is really up-to-date on the most current orthopedic practices and developments. My appointment was scheduled for 3:50PM but I arrived about 10 minutes early. They called me back immediately to see the doctor immediately. My visit was quick, yet thorough. Dr. Tingle assured me that should I have any issues in the future, I was free to contact the office for prompt attention. This is definitely a top-notch facility.

I was having neck and back pain and constant tingling. I called and got an appointment the next day. The staff is friendly, caring and considerate. They ordered an MRI and CT scan and it’s being done in 2 days. Very thorough exam and Dr. Goodrich was attentive to everything I had to say.

New patient here. Arrived 10 minutes early, was immediately checked in. Sat down no more than 3 minutes before being called back. Within 3 minutes was taken to get an X-ray then back to treatment room to wait for the doctor. He arrived a couple minutes later. He went over the findings, explained my diagnosis, the treatment plan and answered my questions. He administered a shot, prescribed meds and I was out of there in less than 40 minutes!! Thank you Dr. Tingle and staff for an easy visit and taking care of me quickly and very efficiently! Definitely recommend this practice.
