My family and I chose Phoenix with printing the addresses for our mother’s funeral visitation thank you cards. For $185.06, Phoenix Printing did a fantastic job messing up a simple task. 26 out of 47 addressed envelops were printed upside down. (See photo) Instead of trying to fix the problem, they shrugged it off, not willing to fix or accept responsibility.

I cannot say enough great things about Phoenix! Kaitlyn adams is phenomenal at her job! She created the most beautiful save the dates and invitations for my wedding! She made it so easy for me and the process was enjoyable. Turnaround was very fast too! 10/10 recommend!
