I was nervous about making this appointment, not knowing what to expect. Dr. Hubbs was so easy to talk with, so calming and straightforward. She clearly understood my issue and helped me understand in simple terms how we might approach a solution for me ! I very much appreciated her explaining all options and recommending a conservative , step-wise plan for returning me to proper function. I will return in two weeks to followup to see if there is improvement and if we need to move on to a next step in treatment! I was encouraged to hear that my issue was common and treatable non-invasively.

I recently had my intake appointment with Dr. Rea Hubbs at Pelvic Prime. It was an enlightening experience. Dr. Hubbs explained the connection between neurodivergence and mobility issues with great clarity and depth. Her approach was highly knowledgeable and personable. She takes the time to listen and understand what your areas of concern are. She does a good job of making sure you understand how she will help you and breaking down exercises step by step. I highly recommend her because she cares about her patients.

Had a wonderful first appt with Dr. Rea. Went in for some post partum diastasis recti concerns. She was SO informative and I left with some great homework/stretches to do. I’m happy to have gotten some answers and looking forward to seeing some improvement.
