Pelican's SnoBalls - Grovetown

Ask for two kiddies and one regular snow cone flat meaning the next size up and this is what I received for my snowcones. The two girls working were very impolite and short, assuming because I had no tip on my credit card transaction and left a cash tip instead. I will not be wasting any more money or time at this place

I love pelican's, but hadn't been in YEARS. Like, probably before COVID timeframe. I stopped spontaneously with my son. It was his first time even trying shaved ice! It was sooooo good as always. Seriously, the best, premium, high quality, whatever you want to call it, snowcones in the CSRA!

The snow cone is very delicious 😋 I have strawberries Maurice’s flavor. The place is nice and hot, the employees nice 😊. One thing I don’t like is the bees 🐝 buzzing around while eating our snow cones😑. But at least I enjoy my snow cones 🍧

Love the shave ice. It's perfect but the young people working seem unhappy to be there.

Went to pelicans tonight for a treat and had one of the worst experiences i have ever had there! Me and my sister went and ordered two regulars to go and my sister was cut off mid order by the worker! After paying and moving to stand at the next window a family pulled into to the parking lot and i overheard the worker saying to her coworker that it was a whole family and they closed in five minutes. the way she said it was rude and when me and my sister pulled up previously at 8:50 i noticed both workers were staring at us from the window as well! When we received our order it was to say the least very disappointing( the picture tagged). when ordering to go they are supposed to size up the cup and make it a flat top, that is not what happened tonight. we pretty much got kids! For $15 that is very disappointing. And when i returned back to the window to ask to make sure we got what we paid for she pretty much disregarded anything i was telling her and told me that is the way they do it which i know is incorrect. this is not the first time we have had a problem, about two weeks ago we went and again ordered regulars to go and that time that came in the appropriate size cup and we thought nothing of it and it was what we ordered. Much to our disappointment when we all ate about half of the snow-cone, there was no flavor and the whole bottom was just regular ice. Both time we have had the same girl take our order.
