Pelican's Snoballs Aiken SC

I don't know why we haven't gone here sooner 🤣 but the snowcones were phenomenal I was getting so tired of chunky snowcones when I visit friends in other places. Will 100% be coming back here again for more!

Just left this location and ordered a $3.50 clear cherry snowball. The young lady at the window asked if I wanted to leave a tip on the card and I said no thank you. She then says “ooohhh 0 for 2”, and starts laughing with her coworker. Not sure why but they just opened and I can only guess she meant zero out of two cars declined leaving a tip. Very unprofessional and rude to let the customer hear you say that and to laugh about it. My daughter said when she got to the bottom she couldn’t taste any cherry flavor. Which leads me to think because I declined a tip you made it like you didn’t care. 0 out of 10 and I will not be back again!

Came to this location Sunday night got in line at 8:40 waited in line for over 20 minutes. Got to the window by nine and they said they couldn't serve me because they were closed. I think it's very unprofessional. I have waited in line for over 20 minutes and they should've honored me being in the line cause I was there before they closed. Will not be returning back to this location.

Update thank you very much. We circled back just to give it another fair chance and it was perfect. I went for the Avalanche size and it was perfect. I normally go to the Augusta location but now that I’m a resident of South Carolina having this location is so clutch. Thank you for your service and keep up the great work this summer.
