Their staff is always quickly available for any questions or issues that arise, whether it be recommendations for other IT programs we need, issues logging into Microsoft accounts, installing new computers and printers, cyber security training for our employees or help with Word/Excel program features- there is never a time they tell us that something is out of their scope! Russell, the owner of PC Techware, even personally came out to our office on a Sunday aftertoon to assist us with installing a new Starlink internet after we were still without internet services after Hurricane Helene- at no extra charge!
