I was looking to get a laptop fixed for my son online schooling, I couldn't see anything on the screen but, it was suggested that between that and some ofther issures it would better to get another one. However, I was given another option where I could still use it with an external monitor. Bill was so helpful and walked me through the steps and it worked. I am so happy, this will give me some time to get the money for a new laptop. Thank you so much.

My Dell laptop was dying while plugged in. I contacted Mr. Phillips, on a Friday, described the problem, he gave me an initial estimate for the diagnostics and repair cost. I took the computer to him that afternoon. The following Monday afternoon, he notified me of the results of the diagnostics, the source of the problem, that my computer was repaired and ready for pick up. He also said that the final cost was less than the estimate given. Since the repair, my computer has been in daily use and has not replicated the problem it was having. I am extremely pleased with the timeliness, cost of the repair, as well as the customer service. I cannot be more satisfied. While working from home one morning, when I opened my HP it was completely blank...that's when panic set in. I called Bill at PC Graphix and he responded immediately.
