I just left my appointment at Pass Me Knot Massage Therapy and I feel phenomenal. How can I explain it…Sabrina pays attention to what my body is telling her and focuses on those areas to relieve the pain and explains to me what my body is reveling to her. For example, she has me drinking more water due to water retention from my swollen ankles. I’m also doing strength training because my feet aren’t at a 90 degrees angle that she pointed out at a previous appointment. What a blessing she is to ME.
