I am sure that the response will not be personal but my review will. My Father-in-law loves the gas prices here. I would have given it a shot but the service I got when I went inside to buy a few drinks was terrible and rude. The cashier did not seem to care it was my first (and last time) in the store and just looked at me when I walked up to the counter. When I told her it was my first time in, her response was cold and she obviously could have cared less. Not even a "have a nice day" Instead she hollered over to the food counter asking if the guy who just walked out had paid for his food. I won't be back to any Parkers. I have left plenty of good reviews for other local businesses, and apparently this business could have used one from what I have read. Obviously they don't care if they cannot respond in a more personalized manor. Their responses are laughable and generic.

Only one employee having to work the whole store because no one was helping her from the back. Food was so dry, pork chop was basically a fried bone.

This is a brand new location. Way too early for poor performance! You have the word “kitchen” in your title, you must strive to do better in this area. The “personal pizza” was advertised all over as a “new” product. $4.99 each and absolutely the worst example of a pizza I have ever had! Dry and hard as cardboard. Had kids aged 4-11, none of them could even stand a bite of it. I tried it and verified it should never have been sold. It was in fact not edible. The French fries were hard and had obviously been under the lamp for too long. This store will quickly become a gas station. Do better or remove the emphasis from “kitchen.”

The selection is limited at best, the food has been wrong every time I've ordered it, I've been argued with by an employee about my name that was on the order, the register was inoperable twice when I've visited (out of about 5 visits), once when the card reader was down, and the employee insisted it was denied because of lack of funds, to which I switched registers and rerang out without issue and told her the card reader needed reset and told her how and she shrugged and walked off, so I reset it for her, and a second time when an employee watched me ring everything up standing right on front of me, and when the card reader did not work, I pointed it out to him and he replied that I was on the wrong register. If that was the case and you knew that, why didn't you tell me BEFORE I rang everything up? Further every single time I check out, somehow the discounts posted for the items I bought never reflect on the receipt so I end up paying full price, buying more than I intended because I thought I was getting the advertised deal, among other issues. Needless to say I'm not impressed.

The girl that’s serving the food at 3:30pm 4/2/2025 needs to be fired!!!!!! How in the hell she gonna give me six gizzards for $10.65 and told me that’s all I was supposed to get. I asked for a manager on duty and I was told that he left for today!!! Please find someone that can do better!!!
