Papa Johns Pizza

Literally pickup up my pizza tonight, got home to realize a big chunk of my cheese pizza crust was completely missing. I’ve never received a pizza like this before ever. Where is the quality control?

Tonight when I got my pizza the customer service was horrible.. I went through the drive-thru, and the cashier payed no attention to the fact that I was in the drive thru. She completely turned her head and was more into being on the phone. I also order this pizza on line so the Pizza should have been fresh and hot, but it wasn’t. My Campaign go inside to get the pizza, and it’s a long wait still. So I will not be ordering from Papa John’s on Peach Orchard again.It was very disappointing. I had just got off work, and all I wanted was a good Customer Service, and good quality pizza, but unfortunately that did not take place. I will be going to Walton Way from now on where they give better quality and the best Customer Service .

Awesome crew. Lexy and Morgan were great. I ordered 10 pizzas for a luncheon. They were ready on time, piping hot and they even helped me carry them to my car.

Never had a problem with them before, but I didn't get my cheese sticks, extra sauce I paid for and got 3 cheese pizzas instead of 2 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Person I spoke to was extremely rude cut me off mid sentence of explaining what went wrong with my order. And ultimately refused to make it right. Highly dissatisfied with their customer service and how they treat peoples problems up there.

Horrible customer service came to this location multiple times and always have to wait and there’s always an attitude. I ask the girl a question calmly and respectful she got an attitude all because I asked did something happen with my order. After I told her I didn’t have an attitude and was only asking for clarity. She continued to have an attitude. Last time coming to this location. My visit before todays, this same girl let my pizza sit and when I tried to let her know my food was sitting she ignored me. And when I got home I had to reheat my pizza. Never again.
