Panera Bread

I had to go back in to her forgotten items from my mobile order. The staff was polite and corrected the issue immediately and offered me an apology. Seemed like an honest mistake, but for a mobile order where they had all the time in the world to make it, wouldn't expect things to get missed. The restaurant is highly automated with ordering kiosks. You get your drink cups after you've ordered by showing your receipt. Very clean atmosphere and plenty of parking. Food is what you'd expect at any Panera, so morning to really mention there. Great overall and would go back to this location, but be sure to double-check any take out ones.

we ordered the pick 2 — i got smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich which is really good and a cup of mac&cheese. I like their mac&cheese! The place is clean too.

For a warm cozy feel of a bread bowl by the fire was nice ambiance. The place was very clean and The food was prepared perfectly with hot soup and a fresh sandwich. Definitely will be back. Glad to know panera still has good value of freshness for your money and a quick meal.

We decided to stop on our long drive from Columbia, SC to Dallas, TX for lunch. In the drive thru, we ordered two sandwiches, a cinnamon roll, and a cookie. When we got our order, they had given us chips instead of bread and the cookie was cold and hard. After waiting 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window, they barely even heard us out before asking us to pull up. After pulling up in the line, nobody came out to help us. I went inside (in the rain) and was thankfully given the bread, but was given another cold and hard cookie. The cinnamon roll was also not very good, but that might be personal taste. I do not recommend this location. They weren’t even busy from what I could see, there were two cars in the drive thru and only 2-3 tables taken inside. Ridiculous.

Agree with other customers on missing items with mobile orders. I had a forgotten bakery treat and one of the drinks we ordered wasn’t in supply. Otherwise, your typical Panera - nice interior with lots of outlets. Just be sure to check you’ve received all items before leaving
