Trained here for half a year. This is the first authentic Muay Thai gym I’ve been to. Kru Kato excels at developing athletes by high attention to detail. He has decades of experience and was a student under the likes of grandmaster Woody. If you want to compete he’ll provide support and advice on requirements to excel at your highest potential. I highly recommend this gym for everyone of all ages.

Excellent Muay Thai and Kickboxing academy, brand new facility, Coach Kato and Coach Gant are the top striking coaches for any level of any student, they take time to teach the techniques and make corrections, you receive a feedback about your training, they have such a great experience and you can learn a lot from them, classes are awesome, plenty room for your trainings … if you are looking for a gym to train Muay Thai / Kickboxing and learn technique then this is the best place for you. Really happy this place opened up, definitely one of the best places I’ve been to… Highly recommended!!

I have been training at this gym for only little over a month with no previous experience and I can say my growth is very noticeable. The coaches are very nice, patient, and caring in helping everyone learn and improve. They ensure all the training and drills are controlled so there is no injuries. It is not only a great skill to have, but a great way to workout and get in shape. I am happy they decided to open and introduce Muay Thai and Kickboxing to Aiken!

Great academy in Aiken, SC. Coach Gantt and Kru Kato are great instructors in Muay Thai. Their students are great as well in training and sparring. Everyone had great control and good techniques. Highly recommended if you’re training for health or competing.
