The injector here is really good, I’m very sensitive and have a low pain tolerance (very low) I felt no pain with him what so ever !!! Definitely would recommend for Botox.

I went in about a month before my three week trip touring the UK for Botox, which I have been doing for 20+ years. I wanted to add a slight amount of filler to my lips as I am aging and your lips just seem to get thinner as your age I’ll have to say that the administration of the Botox was the least discomfort I have ever felt, but also actually the least results. And the lip injections …. When I looked in the mirror after he finished with the injections, I said to him that the right side of my face/lips looked much fuller than the left side Keep in mind he was Performing these injections from the right side of my face, being nearest to him. I looked in the mirror and said that my right side, looked much fuller than my left side again repeating it was the side closest to him. Me that it was perfectly normal and not to be concerned. So I said well OK, I’ll give it some time. That being said not one to follow up call to see how things were going and in less than a week I was scheduled to leave for the UK Trust me, I’m not a snobby person and this was a trip of a lifetime. But obviously, the right side of my lip was much more “plumped” than the left side of my lip At that point, I could obviously not go back to have it tweaked and leave the country with a swollen face! Still no follow up asking if everything was OK like most med spas will do. Trust me, my husband’s job gets us rec located, and I’ve been to several med spas. Initially, I was very impressed with the attention, the amount of detailed that they seemed to be discussing, and it seemed like so much professionalism, which was totally impressive Not to be the case The right side of my face, well, my lips, is perfect I love it The left side of my lips, well, they are still flat and skinny After being out of the country for slightly more than a month after the initial procedure, I’m pretty sure I didn’t have any recourse to go back and say you only fluffed one s...

We traveled 2 hours for treatment at Palmetto Aesthetics and absolutely worth the drive! The office is beautiful, and the staff and doctor are amazing. Everyone there is professional, informative, and very friendly. Prices are very reasonable and well worth it. Will definitely be back and spread the word about this fantastic office!

The staff at palmetto medicine was amazing for all my treatments. I went to Miami to have a procedure done and it was awful.I would not go anywhere else besides palmetto for all of my aesthetics needs. The doctor is the best hands down. The staff is very welcoming as well as professional. This has been the best experience ever. I truly recommend the services. If you want professionalism and a knowledgeable Doctor and staff this is your place to go.
