What a wonderful experience from the intial phone call! MaKayla and the other front desk receptionist were awesome. Very welcoming and efficient. The dental hygienist Kacie was amazing and knowledgeable about her profession. She was very personable, and walked me through each procedure she would do before doing it! Listen if you havent tried them, 10 out of 10 recommend!!

This office is very nice and the people are super sweet. I ended up going here because it’s where my mother has gone for years. I went and got x-rays. I was told that I had 5+ cavities and quoted over $1000 to get them filled (I am self pay). I got 2 filled and then was unable to get the rest done until I was financially able. A few months later, I got dental insurance and visited a nice office in Augusta. I had an additional set of x-rays done. The doctor told me I had 0 cavities and actually extremely healthy teeth except for a little bit of staining. I am not sure what the doctor at this office saw but I will not be returning. I am not sure if it was an honest mistake or not but I will be continuing to see my other doctor in Augusta now.

As always, my experience was great. Michelle did a fantastic job as usual. She is always gentle with me since I have sensitivity in my teeth. Also, Dr. Alan was great as well. He listened to the problem I shared with him that I was experiencing and he addressed it, as well as fixed it too! Thank you, all, for another great visit to the dentist.

I've been a patient of this practice for about 45 years. I absolutely love going to the dentist. I started under Dr. David Owings and now see Dr. Alan and Dr. Sam. They have always been so caring and have never caused me any pain. They have the best staff too. Carolyn, Michele and Tamela are just awesome. They all make you feel like a family member, not just a patient.

This is by far the best dentistry in North Augusta... of course, I haven't tried them all!! But the staff is so caring and Dr. Owings and Dr. Sam are so caring and gentle. My husband started going here and he is the worst when it comes to doctors and dentists. He felt so comfortable... Wonderful place and I highly recommend!
