Outback Steakhouse

Nearly everything was delicious. However the loaded mashed potatoes were very bland and the steak house mac and cheese was awful. No flavor and mushy. Waited nearly 15 minutes for our cheesecake. Waiter was super nice. Steak delicious. Music was a bit too loud

These guys know gow to make a steak to order with a good sear, perfect medium rare, and when the fried mushrooms came out as the appetizer, they were hot and ready just like in the commercial. Our waiter, Duke, is a complete pro who checked on us without being intrusive and our finished plates magically disappeared. I heard.him with other people in our section and he gave the same service to everybody and added that little extra flair that makes any dining experience better. While service in the CSRA area may br lacking, Duke's was the best and having a waiter bring out immaculate food always rates 5 stars in my book.

I came here for a going away and I don’t think I will be coming back. Besides the drinks being amazing the food didn’t match. Pasta was dry and lacked flavor and was cold. Soup didn’t look or taste really anything of edible at all. Service was lacking, don’t think she wanted to serve the group.

2 to 3 large groups had the staff tense and stressed. The hostess walked away after saying she would check to see if there were tables. The new hostess then sat 2 parties that were behind me in front of me in the confusion. Fortunately my party was running behind so I waited. But for someone else counting on timeliness, that would have been a frustrating moment. The server seemed like she was in pain and rather be home than to take customers orders. The pictures of the food in the menu drastically different from what was served. I think this is a spot for drinks and fun with your pals versus wanting a dining experience especially on a Saturday evening.
