Shawn was magnificent in working the numbers for me! He was very knowledgeable, polite and quick. Everything was done electronically so I didn't even have to go into the establishment. I highly recommend Shawn if you need anything.

Very poor service! We went to consolidate bills. One was paid twice and one wasn’t paid at all. This was the job of this office. You had one job! You blew it! We are left with $300.00 of late charges and have to wait for the overpaid creditor to send us a check! I would rate you lower than one star but sadly that’s the lowest I can give. I full well expect someone to contact us to correct this terrible situation!!??

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure. They presented me with different options.

I gotta say I'm extremely disappointed with my desicion to go with OneMain for debt consolidation. I had two different bills addressed to the same company, my representative didn't check to make sure he was making the proper payment. One of the bills was payed twice and the other not at all, now I'm being held responsible for the 300$ worth of extra charges and late fees, I would recommend using another financial service. You are receiving one star for your rude incompetent employees.

We have had excellent service at the North Augusta Branch. All of the staff, are courteous and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone
