They were very rude to me when just trying to rent from them. I am disabled and was told that I need to move in a bad neighborhood. My emotional support animal was not accepted at the location I was approved for. Unpleasant experience with this company

Rented with them for 2 years, recently moved in August. Haven’t seen or heard from landlord until we gave notice about moving. Didnt fix anything that we needed fixed. Charged us extra fees so we didn’t our security deposit back and we did everything they asked.
