This place is awesome. Since moving here, we have bought meat a few times. It's the best meat I have ever purchased. The people are super nice. It's a very popular shop ! Highly recommend it for your fresh meats !

If you really want fresh meat and vegetables, this is the place. We won't buy meat from a store or any other market again. We made smash burgers the other day,and the meat does not shrink down. You can't go wrong, enjoy Y'all.

First time we have ever been here, I love this store. It had so many different selections of meat, not only was there the best selection of meat you could find, it had multi seasoning. There was fresh fruit and vegetables, they had several rows of canned goods, it looked like to me you could pick up everything you need at this store and not have to make a second stop at another store. Also the prices on the meats were very reasonable.

I’ve been going to the Edgefield butcher shop since they opened. This past Saturday I purchased #5 box and the steaks were cut thin. Very disappointed, and it’s the first time. The feeling wasn’t a feeling of welcoming. We moved in 2020 from the sweetwater community and I always tell everyone about how good the butcher shop is. I hope yall get back to your roots.

Amazing Catering! We recently found out the old edgefield butcher shop started catering. We were having a baby reveal for about thirty people. Went in and talked to Eric. He was knowledgeable and helped us plan our food preferences. We ordered pulled pork Halved chickens Smoked sausage Baked beans & Mac n cheese We had the option to pick up our order or they would come set up and serve. We decided we would pick up. When we arrived Eric had our order ready to pick up at the scheduled time. It was hot and packaged to travel. The food was amazing! The chicken was so moist and tender it practically fell off the bone.The pulled pork had a mustard bbq sauce base and was some of the best tasting melt in your mouth pork around. You could taste the time put into that slow cooked goodness. The smoked sausage was bun ready with a light hint of smoke, ready to eat alone or with your favorite fixings. Baked beans had a tinge of tangy and were deep brown slow cooked with bacon pieces. Mac n cheese was so light and creamy piled with cheese cheese cheese. My family and friends raved over the food. The prices were refreshing compared to several other quotes we got for the same dishes. We cannot say enough about the service and quality of the food we received! Eric mentioned they were planning to add wings to the catering menu! Hello football season!! We will absolutely be utilizing this wonderful Edgefield asset again in the near future.Thank you Eric and the old Edgefield butcher shop for making our baby reveal a scrumptious success.
