Discrimination in the old navy. Oh, its just pants and shorts. I walked in I was happily welcomed but when it was time to checkout I felt disappointment. I have not been in the old navy in Aiken so I didn't know what to expect but I am a African-American male and I like to go there for my khaki and chino shorts. I get tp the counter and there is another employee checking out. No big deal. She's off so she is a customer too, but she is all over the counter pressing buttons and telling the what she wants and how to do it. Once again, fine. Then, I realized I've been there for a few minutes and no acknowledgement at all. The employee who is checking out continue to crawl over the counter and does what she wants on the register and I don't know if that's company policy. The employee that is working never looks up like she doesn't want to see me. I know I stood there for 5 minutes and I can not tell you why I did. I guess I was hoping I would get to talk to her but that was not in God's plan. Finally, another employee came up smiling and happy to check me out. I felt discriminated against. There were only Caucasians in the store and when they came up behind me someone came to the front. Crazy, had to encounter ignorance for some chinos.

Great staff just wish they would sell petite pants in their stores. Yes they do have them on line but would rather try stuff on while I'm already there in case I need a different size

I love shopping at Old Navy and previously had five stars for this location. Just recently, being a new mom, I realized that the store does not have any carts, only bags. If you have an infant carrier you have no choice but to hold your baby or bring the carrier in and try to shop while holding a carrier or a baby. If you have a toddler that likes to bolt off, to keep your child safe you must hold them or their hand, again while trying to navigate through racks of clothes and dressing rooms. Any mom who has had a toddler can understand this difficulty. In my experience not having a cart makes Old Navy a much less family friendly place to shop. The staff were nice and i feel like they understood the need but obviously this is more of a corporate issue. 10/12/24- updated…I went to this location and saw that they now have CARTS! Thank you! Back up to 5 stars!

I went to Old Navy Aiken to find the sweatpants that my daughter is obsessed with. The store did not have the size I was looking for but the sales associates and the manager Jessica was so wonderful and found me the pants and called me. She was super nice and sweet and I really appreciate this type of customer service. Thank you to Aiken Old navy for your outstanding customer service!

I walked into Old Navy today and the experience was awesome! Jessica, Manager on Duty was great, very helpful and so very kind. I also noticed and heard her speak to the other employees working. She gave them compliments on how they had the Jean tables looking great. Also, when walking around the store, Jessica and Monica, another employee,, were working together. Monica was singing, and she sound FANTASTIC, I had to tell her. FANTASTIC crew and AWESOME Manager!
