Old Government House

Very very nice venue great for parties, pictures, and weddings! I am an event planner and I absolutely loved this venue! Many rooms to accommodate your needs for any event. I will say the attendant for this venue is a bit much . The attendant followed us around room to room to ensure that we cleaned everything to his expectations which I didn’t appreciate. We had to vacuum floors and mop once the event was over even though it wasn’t necessary. I honestly wouldn’t book this venue again because of this unpleasant experience.

The food was great. The building is dated as well as cold and airy. Lastly, someone stopped up one of the bathroom stalls, while the other stall was trashed. I found someone and told him about my findings. He stated he would mop the bathroom but wasn't able to do anything else. I just looked at him. How sad.....

Visited this place during a school field trip to my then elementary school child. Beautiful place. With lots of history. It was during the springtime and their were so many beautiful places to take pictures. All I can remember

Absolutely awesome historical site really worth the visit especially for events!

My cousin got married here. It's a very traditional building. Nice for a small wedding or gathering. My cousin loved it, and we had the time of our lives.
