OBGYN Partners Of Augusta

Cannot recommend OBGYN Partners of Augusta enough. Crystal (who works in scheduling) and Dr. Taylor Jones are angels, and I've only had positive experiences with the other staff. Recently I had some symptoms that were very concerning to me and when I called for an appointment Crystal offered a compassionate ear and made sure I got in quickly to see Dr. Jones. Dr. Jones has been patient, kind, and thorough at all of my appointments and I always leave feeling heard and respected. Every person deserves to have an amazing care team and I am grateful these women are part of mine. Thank y'all for everything you do for me and your other patients every day!

I truly love my OB-GYN office! Dr. Osteen is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and always greets me with a warm smile. I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. The entire staff is wonderful — kind, professional, and friendly every time I visit. Bre always makes me feel so comfortable and at ease, and Miranda and Julia are amazing as well. They all always make time for me especially when I message them on my chart . They are all so attentive. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I feel supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend!

If I were not 34 weeks pregnant, I would find a new OB. The doctors aren’t necessarily the problem. I’m not sure who owns/profits off this practice but profits are what matter here. The patient to doctor ratio is too high for them to provide a sufficient level of care for their patients. Every appointment is 1.5 hours +, if you need assistance you leave a message for your doctor’s nurse and maybe they get back to you, maybe they don’t; despite seeing the same doctor every time, she remembers nothing about me as a patient - during my previous pregnancy, I saw all the doctors at the practice I was with out of state and they knew everything when they came in - if you’re wanting that, seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Osteen was awesome! Based on my experiences, I have become extremely apprehensive with clinicians. It is truly apparent that this is her passion, purpose, and gift on her journey. Her bedside manner was outstanding. She listened and allowed for dialogue. She had an active interest in your concerns and well being. She was encouraging and supportive. Thank you!

Do not recommend this place! Waited over 2 hours for my doctor to see me for my appointment that they have tried to cancel the day before multiple times. Which these have been scheduled a year in advance. They would call and say to reschedule because the doctor would be out, so after the first time they did that I told them “no the nurse can see me and check my IUD just like last time since the doctor wasn’t available.” Other experience: getting my IUD put in, the nurse and doctor were soooo supportive, this is what to expect, let us know if you need anything etc. getting my IUD taken out: “what can I expect after getting it removed?” I said to the nurse, with an attitude she says “ummm i don’t know, you can ask the nurse out there” and left
