Oaks at Aiken

This facility is not a good place to leave your loved ones. The facility has bedbugs. The administration for this company mistreats and disrespects the caregivers. Administration does not care about the health or welfare of their patients. The only thing that the administration cares about is their paychecks and their position of power in the company. The company as a whole should be shut down.

This is the sorriest excuse for an establishment ive ever seen the workers mistreats and neglects the residents so bad there is a bed bug outbreak and the bosses said to just kill it they sprayed only 1 room even know they are in all the laundry and they said to not tell any of the residents i would not recommend this place to anyone unless you do not care about your loved ones and i think one of the managers “nicole” she said her name was, is the worst of them all because she allows all of it to happen and does not care about anyone except keeping her position of power and letting our loved ones suffer!!!

Our family member was in the memory care area. Teresa and Tao are literally answers to prayers, providing professional and genuinely caring service to both our family member and our family. We are forever grateful. Thus this review. ONLY 4 stars because nobody, and nothing is perfect, except Jesus. There were some personnel changes that resulted in some miscommunication early on...and our family takes partial responsibility for that. These days, professional, genuinely caring staff are very rare. Again, we're thankful for Teresa and Tao. A word to the wise, family must engage no matter where your loved one may be. These two were so receptive and responsive. They kept us well informed. We trust them. That's the highest compliment.

The activities director Barbara is unbelievable. I have never seen anyone more enthusiastic about her job. I don't care what you have to pay her, but don't ever lose her. She is the reason my parents love this place

Top notch place , beautiful, can't wait to get my mother there.
