Such a great tack shop! I have ordered from here twice so far and the customer service, quality of products and fast shipping make this place stellar!

They advertise products they don't have in stock. After a week of the order I got a system notification saying I'd get a refund in up to 10 days... I replied asking for more information or alternatives and didn't get a reply for 2 days. Waste of my time.

Needed a new riding hard hat (helmet). The woman that helped me was fantastic. She took all the time I needed, explained the differences and pros and cons of the various choices. I felt looked after by a knowledgeable staff. Will go back again for all my horse needs.

The store attendants were helpful. The store is well stocked.

The staff at Oak Manor Saddlery were incredible to work with! As soon as I placed an order for a pair of tall boots, I got an email from Tracey, as she was concerned about the size that I ordered. She helped me determine the best size for me, based on the measurements I sent her. That same day, I got a call from them, apologizing that they didn't have the size that I ordered in a Tipperary Vest, but we figured out that the next size up would be just fine. They shipped the order that day, and even though we spent a couple of days after my order determining correct sizes for me, I still got my order within a week! Both the tall boots and the vest fit like a glove, thanks to their diligence and care for their customer! Thank you all so much, I can't wait to ride in my new attire!
