How can you charge monthly memberships and then book the facility to EYBL, to only tell your paying customers, sorry, but go use another building while they’re here. all your rates should be discounted or add one month free on to all memberships for the inconvenience. Offering the YMCA is ok, but not at all comparable to the activity center. Also, please start making tournaments have more supervision. Finding trash through the place and having kids run amuck in areas they’re not supposed to be while nobody enforces the rules makes it borderline not worth it.

Prices have gone up for from 125 to 175. Outdated equipment, underage kids running all on the inside track, people bringing lounge chairs on the inside track, women's locker room being used as men's room. When the Big businesses start coming in with big bucks the members get pushed aside. It does no good to complain because when you do they just tell you that they are short-staffed. This is facts and not hearsay because I go there. I wrote a review and told the truth and did not say anything out of the way and it got taken down . Since when did speaking facts and the truth become bad? Plus in the cardiovascular area where the treadmills are there used to be a clipboard where members had signed about how bad the equipment was and how long it was taking to get them fixed. These are facts. In the 6 years there this place has gotten worse. I can't believe that they would actually take a honest review down but I'm not surprised because they are just money hungry.

I walked on the Greeneway Monday, March 17th, and stopped into Riverview activities parked to use the ladies bathroom. Upon finding that the soap dispenser was empty, I notified the front desk staff and they said they would take care of it. Well I returned 2 days later on Wednesday March 19th and the soap dispenser is still empty! These people are not taking care of the bathroom like they should! Soap is very important for good hygiene and to quell the spread of illness. This should be taken care of immediately!

The only reason that I gave this place 1 star is because that was the lowest level that it.had. This place is a joke because they take the communities money and then when the people come in with big bucks the members get pushed aside. Under age kids running all over the inside track, kids on equipment, lounge chairs on.the inside track and downstairs women's locker room being used for men. Outdated equipment, and when the equipment breaks down it takes forever to get repaired. Have been going here for 6 years and haven't seen no improvement at all. Considering to change to YMCA. Prices have went from 125 to now 175. What a joke! It does no good to complain because when you do they make excuses and say we'll we are short staffed. Prices have went up but quality of this place have went down.
