Very thorough exam and very professional, yet personable staff. I have been coming here for the past 4 years and they take excellent care of me! Highly recommend. Five stars!

My appointment went great. But afterwards when I was trying on glasses, 👓 felt like I was at a car dealership. The bottom line, when I was told that I was going to owe almost $800 after insurance for a pair of glasses, I asked for my prescription and left. I felt like I was being completely taken advantage of and that the prices were extremely high. Since then I have checked prices elsewhere….North Augusta Eyecare definitely has INFLATED prices. It’s hard to “support local “ when this happens.

The doctor is very nice and explains everything very well. He is very thorough when he goes over your exam, prescription, and/or any individual needs. He will ask if you have any questions and makes sure you understand your options before leading you to the front to meet a staff member to help with glasses/contacts or check out. The staff that assists with finding the right eyewear are very helpful and patient while you try on and decide on frames. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend going here for your eye-care needs.

Awesome friendliness and professionalism. Dr. Cutright's exam is thorough and he explains each step of the process. The office staff is superb! Tess was so helpful with selecting glasses-wonderful selection of frames. Great eye care experience.

The doctors and medical staff are very pleasant, quite knowledgable and customer focused. The medical advice they provide is always explained very succintly and never rushed. Likewise, the lens and frame technicians take their time with us as customers and present us with insurance friendly options at varying price points. We have been very impressed with the level of expertise and service at this clinic, and we recommend it to anyone in the North Augusta area.
