NHC HealthCare, North Augusta

Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at NHC North Augusta that took care of my spouse who was a patient here for Skilled Nursing Care. All staff were professional, helpful and friendly and I really appreciate them. The Administrator Holly Harbin, RN Staff, Nurse Manager, Wound Care, CNA's, Speech, OT/PT and let me not forget the Transportation Coordinator. My go to was Desiree the Social Worker she was always available to help me with anything I needed and so friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for care of their loved one. It's the very best one you will find in the CSRA area.

Want to thank NHC of North Augusta for being so kind to me, my family and especially my mom during her stay for rehabilitation. All the staff was extremely personable and professional. Special thanks to Deseree (case worker) Holly and Delany (Admn. staff) Candice NP, Dr Waldrop, the young lady in the hair salon, SP, PT, RN, NA food service and environmental staff. Everyone was awesome. Again, thank you all.

NHC's staff has been a huge blessing to my family. They are all so kind, supportive, and helpful in every avenue of giving care. I was constantly communicated with during my mother's stay, and she adored her caretakers. The professionalism at NHC is stellar. My mom has recently moved out and into another care facility closer to me, but she often mentions missing the NHC staff and especially the food! The space is very clean and comfortable. I could not recommend a better care facility than NHC. Desirée, Yolanda, Crystal, and Kacy made it home to my mother as she recovered from her surgery. I'm thankful for their immeasurable assistance navigating her path forward.

The place is nice & so are the nurses but management is terrible & they dont really take good care. They also do not look after your loved ones the way you would hope. Kimberly Cropp the unit manager is very unprofessional, rolling her eyes & speaking to me as if i was a child. No respect. This place needs to do better & act like if these were your parents or loved ones. Its ridiculous how much they dont care.
