New London is a wonderful place to live. The on-site Manager, Ally McCann, was great to work with. Convenient, modern, clean, spacious, and a great floor plan. I highly recommend New London to anyone relocating to the Aiken area before making a final decision on where you wish to reside. A Five-Star community for sure!

New London is incredibly well maintained, with modern floor plans. The closets are huge, the living area is spacious, and the kitchens have a great flow. It is a really convenient location, walking distance to the gym and a number of restaurants and shopping. Overall it is the best place to live in the area with highly affordable prices.

The maintenence staff is very quick and friendly, much better than any other place I've lived. The floor plans are very open, so even though the overall size is smaller than other options in the area, there is no wasted space and to me it feels larger. Theres also a slight discount for anyone working at the savanah river site, and it is right next to target if you need anything.
