I enjoy getting bulk herbs here, in just the needed amounts, for a decent price. The restaurant in the back of the store serves wonderful food! The staff is always attentive, helpful & friendly at both places. It's always a joy to come here!

Excellent , fun store! Great customer service, plants and natural products that you don't see anywhere else and a sweet, good lunch restaurant in the back. I stop by almost every week when I am doing errands near by ...its so relaxing

More than a health-food store, this place. Passing through Augusta, I was taken by surprise by New Life Foods. Not only did they offer a great selection of quality foods and supplements, but also a shocking assortment of bulk herbs (some of them rare, and all at below-internet prices, even). What's more, there was even a juice bar and a cafe squeezed into the complex, and a little library and lounge area, too. The service was fast and friendly, and I left quite satisfied. Someone put a lot of work into this store, and I appreciate it. Thanks a bunch, and keep it up :-)

The only reason I didn't say 5 stars is because of the lady cashier following us in the store pretending to be reading labels. I have been in this store numerous times even pre- Covid when it was more packed and nobody ever did this. I felt very uncomfortable until I got to the register and the gentleman was very pleasant to us. My suggestion would be to be more mindful because everyone do not steal.

New Life has touched many lives in the C.S.R.A. doctors lawyers and lay person with some of the most helpful and knowledge people on health in Augusta. There is John, Germany her daughter. They are so helpful in health and proper eating. For over 20 years I have been going to this health food store. They know what they are doing up there.
