I moved here from Las Vegas after living in so many different states, this has got to be the worst branch of them all the branch manager has a attitude, the wait time is always outrageous, literally at 10am you have a lime at the door and lobby is full is there is only 2 tellers and 2 people working the lobby but you see 2-3 people coming from the back not helping at all. This is a constant issue when will there be some change, time for me to go back to my old bank

Unless you are coming for an auto loan, then you are getting the worst service and lines. Just go with anyone else. The only thing they offer of value is the auto loan. Like 1% apy on savings. Downright criminal.

My visit to this Navy Federal location was the least helpful experience I’ve had with Navy Federal. On top of that, upon walking up to the front door, I was greeted with an array of garbage scattered about in front of the property, that apparently management doesn’t mind being there. And the bank rep that “assisted” me had an annoyingly unprofessional, unkempt appearance. As he typed away on the keyboard in front of me I had to look at his dirty-looking hands with long, dirty fingernails. What ever happened to people working at banks having a clean, professional appearance? … This visit was in regards to a joint account. I’ve previously considered opening my own account with Navy Fed, since I’d be eligible as a service member. But this experience has got me re-thinking that. I also spoke with the assistant manager during this visit, and she was also dry, discourteous, and unhelpful.

I had a terrible experience at this Navy Federal Credit Union branch. I waited over an hour just to be seen. When I finally got to a teller, they were rude and dismissive, barely answering my questions. It felt like I was bothering them rather than receiving help. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. I definitely won’t be returning! Avoid this place if you can!

Heavily understaffed, substantial wait times, staff happy to give you the run around. Has been over an hour still waiting for just a debit card
