My True Beauty

I really was surprised that everything turned out the way it did. I paid for a package and she refused to give me back hundreds, almost $1000. I am so disheartened when I thought this would be a blossoming, fruitful situation for both. I didn't receive any services under package, and she agreed to cancel. Not until months later after I had been charged an additional $500 was it canceled and I was informed nothing other than the money would not be returned. I don't even want the services any more and no where in your site does it state any of your purchases are nonrefundable. Heartbroken to say the least, my mother died so I canceled all the services which she was understanding until I found out the hard way she wasn't. I bought the package with the intent for my daughter, my mom, and I to do self care. I just needed to regroup. That's insult to injury.

It has been a few days since my facial and my skin still glows and looks great. I will definately say that the customer service is unmatched. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I am now a repeat customer.

I just had a facial and it was awesome. I can truly feel the difference in my skin. Niqua was personable, interested in my skin type and extremely professional. I will be returning soon. 5 👍
