Love shopping here! Manager Hannah is the best! She always helps me pick the most perfect outfit!!

Bought my mom Christmas slippers for Christmas and the size was one too small. Asked them if I could exchange them for a larger size and they refused.. you’re selling Christmas slippers that people are buying as gifts for people. There has to be some type of exchange leniency for size specific gifts..

HANNAH IS THE BEST!!!!! I was up visiting from Florida for my birthday and mothers day and my bonus dad got me a gift card to this boutique!!!! Super cool store and my mom and I had a lot of fun shopping!!! When we first entered the store we were greeted with a nice "Hello!" Being in sales myself, it is so nice that you don't have sales people jumping down your throat the second you walk in! The girls we helpful with starting and adding our items to our fitting rooms so we didn't have to walk around holding everything while we looked😀 And man! Does Hannah know her stuff!!!! She knows the inventory like the back of her hand!!! My mom and I both got a lot of fun new clothes!!! I even called Hannah a few days later when I was back in Florida to ask her about what style one of the shirts I got was called because that has the perfect silhouette for my figure and she remembered me right away and knew exactly what shirt I was talking about!!!! Every time I go visit my mom, this place is going to be my must have stop to shop!!!

The Grovetown employees were the best today!! I couldn't figure out what I should wear to a birthday party this weekend and the girls helped me out! Thank you Hannah and Haylee!!!

My daughter and I went to my story on Sunday, January 28, 2024 so I could get some clothing for casual Monday. Upon arrival there was a faint hello and I didn't see anyone. I was looking for specific items, was never asked if needed help. Approached a sales person to get help to find the items I was looking for and said hello, how are you and no response was a blank stare. The atmosphere did not seem very helpful and welcoming, which is disappointing because this is the first time I encountered this, and would usually have a feel good feeling when leaving the store, but not this time at all. Even my 12 year old daughter had a bad feeling after leaving the store.
