This is a very good company to hire for any of the categories in their name. Jason was assigned to install a kitchen sink faucet for us and from the courtesy phone call informing me he was on his way to the hand shake thanking him for his service was an experience all customers, regardless of their business, should have. A consummate professional who was prompt, extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the job and an effective communicator who answered the questions I had. If this is the caliber of employees Mr. Central adds to their team, then you have one amazing and trustworthy business! Thank you again Jason for the exceptional job! The service was absolutely fast and amazing. He showed me pictures of the issue, pictures after completion and explained what caused my issues. He further informed me of when I should maintenance and recommended a plan to keep my house taken care of. Thank you Jeremy for the amazing job and being so helpful!!

Fantastic! Felix came in this sweltering heat and repaired my A/C very efficiently and quickly! Felix was very knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what he needed to do. He was fast, kind, very personable. I'm so happy I called Mr. Central and glad they sent Felix!! I would definitely call them again!!!

I had an emergency external leak in our main service line where I was losing about 3 gallons of water per minute. I called several local plumbing companies and most of them would not be able to come out until early next week. I reached out to Mr. Central Plumbing and they were able to send a service technician (Jake Allen) within 2 hours. Once Jake Allen arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He was extremely professional and informative throughout the entire process. He worked tirelessly for about 6 hours in the extreme Georgia heat and was able to resolve the issue and cleaned up the affected area. He was, by far, one of the most excellent techs that I have worked with over the years. I would definitely go to Jake for any future plumbing needa. Mr. Central Plumbing is fortunate to have Jake on the team.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a new mini split unit installed and couldn't be happier! The team was fast, professional, and did excellent work. Everything was done efficiently, with attention to detail, and they left the space clean. Highly recommend them for anyone needing AC work — great experience from start to finish!
