We had a washer a dryer damaged during hurricane Helene and called around a few different appliance repair shops. Mr appliance was the fastest to come out and diagnose the issues and came the next day to take a look at everything. The service from the owner who did the estimates was fantastic as he provided great information and when the service a few weeks later was done the technician (Thomas) was also awesome and quickly knocked out all the repairs. The issue comes down to price as it was over 500$ to replace a seal around the washer and clean the dryer from lint build up. We also had to call Mr Appliance out after the estimate as we never heard back after we paid. It wasn’t until we called back a week and a half later did someone come out to the house to complete the repair.

Terrance did an amazing job installing our new dishwasher. He was on time, courteous, and got the job done quickly. He was also a charming individual. My entire experience was a positive one. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem with my old dishwasher and I had to buy a new one, scheduling the installation was quick and easy. My interactions with both Shawn and Terrance were professional and pleasant. Thank you for making this easy!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Mr. Clients for nearly a decade. Anytime I’ve had appliance issues in my home of 8 years, I didn’t think twice—I'd reach out to them, and they always delivered. Their service used to be reliable and professional, which makes this recent experience all the more disappointing. About a month ago, I paid in full—$600—to have two appliances repaired, hoping to get everything squared away before moving overseas and renting out my home. I was told the parts would arrive in 5–7 days. Two weeks later, I checked in and was informed there was an issue with the parts. Okay, frustrating but understandable. Week three? Still no parts, but this time I was promised a callback and reassured they’d leave a sticky note as a reminder. Week four came around and, while the staff remained courteous and apologetic, nothing had changed. I eventually did get service, but only after chasing updates multiple times. I genuinely want to believe this was a one-off. But after this drawn-out, poorly communicated ordeal—despite paying upfront—I’ll be second-guessing whether I can continue to recommend or rely on them in the future. Respect is earned through consistency, and unfortunately, this time they missed the mark.

Gas Oven was not lighting . Problem diagnosed and needed part ordered on initial visit. Part installed as soon as it came in. Very personable and professional service! A bit pricey, but what isn’t these days?

I paid nearly $2400 on 1/21/25 to repair a small under counter residential ice maker. Today, 4/25/25 the repair was completed ONLY after several phone calls and threatening to dispute my credit card payment. The owner of the business never once attempted to contact me or speak with me to apologize or smooth things over despite my requests. Everyone is busy. I am busy. You are busy. When you accept payment and agree to a service it is your duty to make sure it is fulfilled to satisfaction. The only response was just to blame the previous scheduler that is no longer with the company which is a very easy cop out for a distant owner. I am also a local small business owner with 20+ W-2 employees. I could never imagine treating customers in this fashion. I will not only never use this company again, but I will actively work to push people to other businesses offering the same service. My experience was essentially giving them an interest free 90+ day loan for an overpriced repair on an ice maker. My hands were tied due to the closing date on my property and the fact that they already had my money. There is no personal touch. There is no communication. This is not a “local” business this is the equivalent of working with Xfinity for appliance repair. There is a generic office email account to communicate through or a phone number that more often than night requires leaving a voicemail before receiving an automated text message. This is not the type of small business that local customers should work with when there are so many other business owners willing to go out of their way to make sure customer satisfaction exceeds expectations. ***EDIT*** The repair that was “completed” in the end was not fixed at all. There are still no ice cubes and now the business has decided to ignore me as if that will make this situation go away. I will not stop fighting these people until I am reimbursed in full. DO NOT give these people a penny of your hard owned money.
