Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

Server was nice but the cheese dip got cold (and solid) immediately and the “crunchy taco shell” for my taco loco was a circular, soggy tortilla. My stomach hurt right after eating and I had a really bad experience in the bathroom 20 minutes after. Was fine after. Not worth $32. Better off going to Poblanos near Lady A. Park. Update: The second picture is from the Monterrey in Evans next to Mellow Mushroom. The overall better food quality is astounding please go here instead!

Decided to try out this restaurant when our go-to was closed. We walked in and was immediately seated. Menu and chips with salsa came out quickly. We figured out what we wanted and waited for our waiter/waitress. We did have to wait a while and then someone finally stopped and asked if we have been served yet. We say no and she gets to work. We order and she is very quick to bring out everything and make sure our drinks were constantly topped off. Food was delicious. We enjoyed all of it. Everything came out hot and fresh. Fajitas were delicious, cheese dip was nice and hot, chicken con crema was nice and creamy and delicious, chips were warm and crunchy, horchata had the perfect amount of sweetness- Absolutely no complaints on our end. Highly recommend trying this place out. We will be returning

Busy, clean, friendly and great hot food. Charles will make sure that you have the best service and food. Run, don’t walk to this very good restaurant. Delicious

My bestie and l love to come here! We always enjoy the atmosphere and the food is fabulous! The service is always great and comes out quickly! The last couple of times we have come, we have had Dilan as a server and he’s awesome! 10/10
