I was interested in a car that was a fresh trade in and wasn't ready. Patrick walked me through what would be done and we set up to come back the following afternoon. It was perfectly done and I drove it home a few hours later. The entire place was very well run. Also you could tell they all loved their jobs which was refreshing. The manager, Johnny, is doing some magical things. I would highly recommend them for anything you need. A+

No bueno. Too many issues to list. But just know if you can do some of your own basic maintenance (cabin filter, wiper blades, etc…) I wouldn’t visit this dealership for service. If your visit is like mine you won’t get the experience you expect when you turndown their “recommendations”

I have been spending money on my engine to be fixed for somewhere around 4 years and have spent thousands of dollars based on estimates and diagnosis that they have provided. I have saved myself almost out of house and home to fix this vehicle and every time I take it in to be fixed, and I am told what it will take to be fixed, it is never fully fixes the problem ultimately spending more money on guessing what could wrong. Moreover, each of these bills have been hundreds if not thousands of dollars per visit. I have brought this up to Nissan that it is my belief I had a lemon to begin with, because I probably am in possession of the 4th produced 2016 Titan Palatium Diesel truck to ever be released in the United States and have had issues with under the hood since I have bought it. However, my claims were ignored, and I have been chasing issues no one seems to be able to fix. Now with this last visit I was assured that this was the last hump to get over before my vehicle was finally fixed, so maybe I could finally start enjoying it for the first time and customizing it to my liking but not only was the issue not fixed, but it is now in worse shape before I took it in, with not only the engine light coming on, but the reduced engine power notification is back, the fuel gauge has disappeared, it is overheating, and now sporadically the red engine light notification is coming on in which this light has never came on since I have owned the vehicle. When I bring up the fact the vehicle is not fixed, I am being told they guarantee the work done only, but the problem in which I am thinking I was paying for is somehow always something new or not related and they didn't see that so I would have to yet again pay for. The manager is now involved and stated they will fix the vehicle once and for all this time, due to my extensive history there, coming there for ultimately the same concern which is the engine I have been trying to fix on my own year after year before it real...

My service visit was a lengthy time due to recalled items that needed to be replaced. But I only got one visit from the service tech to tell me the price of my service cost and to inform me of my recall items. I never received a text to keep me informed of how long it would be. Then one of the Salesman asked why was I still there and did I receive a update text? However, the answer was no, so I included a photo of the process of what should have happen when one comes in for a service. But above all the services was good.

Received great customer service and the truck service work was completed on time and under the estimated cost. Cody Koenig, my service advisor, was awesome!
