Minute Key

Called for my neighbor who locked herself out with her bedridden mother inside. They said the technician would call right back. They never called or came. I gave 1 star so it would let me leave a review. What happened to people and compassion? This is definitely a world that has gone down the drain.

Was hesitant to use this machine the first time, but it is all I use when I need house keys. It's simple to use. If there is any complaint it would be how slow it cuts each key. I have used this machine several times over the past couple years and the keys have always worked.

I ended up getting 7 keys, that included 1 free key. Every key was perfect! They all go in smoothly, no catching or resistance. I used the kiosk at Lowe's and will definitely be back when in need again.

Went in to Lowe’s today to use the minute key and it and only gave me two options for a copy of my receipt email and text but it also said for other call customer service and I did no answered because yhey are closed on the weekends so that’s fine but later on in the day they called and left a rude message saying that they will never ever do paper receipts and to call them back on a week day. For one the person did not have to be rude; two I run a business so I need a paper trail of anything that I purchase for the business. I think minute key is a quick and great idea but y’all need to start thinking about all the businesses that have to have paper copy receipts.

I called this company to get a car key cut . He asked me the for my zip code I gave it and he stated no service in your area. Ok thats fine but I was only calling for a quote for service to make a key. Plus I was willing to come in to the home location to have it done. But once he said there was no service in area I started to say I will be happy to come to you. Mid seethe hung up the phone no goodbye no I coukd refer you to another or state you can come in. Sorry so long but to me that is very un professional. I guess one loss customer is no problem .
