Absolutely worst worst service I have ever in my life encountered. Their customer service and lack of communication with their customers is unacceptable . I called at 1:30 because I was locked out of my home and a technician called me shortly after to let me know he was 45 mins out. No phone call nothing for 2 hours until I called customer service and they assigned another technician but never bothered to call me to inform me. Another technician assigned and said same thing. And another hour passes. Overall time waiting 4 hours. I finally had enough and canceled and called another locksmith who quoted me 25 mins and was here at that time. A simple communication with the company would have been suffice. They don’t value their customers time. If you want to avoid long wait times then don’t come to this company for any locksmith needs.

It was good. The mystery key was ONLY an extra regular key not a key with a design like it have you to believe . All the keys worked great.
