This review is going to be biased. First of all I love the brand. I've owned several Land Cruisers, a 4 Runner and a couple of Prius. I took my 2013 Prius in for a diagnostic check because I had been hearing a whining sound from my braking system. Also I had read that the Generation 3 Prius had a recall for the braking system and assumed my brake system was failing. After talking with a service advisor, Micheal Thaxton, I set up an appointment for a diagnostic test for the braking system. Fearing the worst, I thought I'd have to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair. Micheal called me later to come pick up the car. Apparently the braking system was not talking to the hybrid battery. They reset something and the brakes are working fine. All fixed and out the door for less than $200. What a relief. Much appreciated the honesty and interest of Milton Ruben. Michael Thaxton and the service center. I'll be back with my other Toyota's as well. Great job!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and patient, taking the time to understand what I needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how family-oriented the whole environment was. You can tell they truly care about their customers and treat everyone with kindness and respect. The entire process—from browsing to financing—was smooth, honest, and transparent. I highly recommend Milton Ruben to anyone looking for a dealership that puts people over profit. Bought a used vehicle and worked with a great salesman. However, when we got to the finance office we were pushed to get a warranty which was made to sound like it would cover everything and that if we needed anything fixed all we would have to do is pay our deductible. Fast forward to having issues with our vehicle and finding out our warranty only covers “faulty parts”. Great… so totally worthless warranty we were forced to pay extra for. The service department at Toyota is ridiculously overpriced, and I only took my vehicle there because I assumed the warranty they sold me covered any fixes. But no, $165 out of pocket just to look at my vehicle and tell me the warranty didn’t cover any of my issues. Also, when we bought our vehicle originally it was not detailed at all so don’t expect a nice clean vehicle if you are buying used… we love the Toyota brand but after spending so many hours going back and forth with the dealership to trade in our old vehicle for pennies and finally get another used vehicle only to have issues later on that we expected to have covered by this warranty we’ve been paying for… it’s just been disappointing and we don’t think we will go through this dealership again. Shout out to Landon though! He really was a great salesman.
