Last week my wife brought her Chrysler in for an oil change, cabin filter and tire rotation after a while someone from the service department gave her an estimate for about $1900. Said that she needs her brakes replaced and all her rotors. She called me and I said tell them no thanks.The service guy then said i wouldn't drive it more than a month. Mind u there was no squeaking at allToday we brought it to Quality Automotive in NA. Long story short several hours later they called and said that there was zero brake issues. Their charge was $25. Avoid Milton like the plague. My review is factual and I'm actually being somewhat kind. Crooks $1900 (minus the work they performed) vs $25

this store has the worst customer service. we have purchased two vehicles from here and the first one was a great experience. unfortunately over the years the staff has gotten worse. they are very unprofessional and lazy. Bret who we loved buying our truck from was so rude and hung up when i asked him for assistance to get my truck towed and i mentioned a worker who was rude prior to calling him and all he did was say they aren’t even open yet and hung up on me..
