Jeanette is amazing! I showed up on a Friday evening to order eight helium balloons. She and one other person were the only two cashiers available. Even though she was extremely busy, she was more than willing to help me with my order. In my short time there, Jeanette dealt with several customer complaints and issues with a smile on her face. She handled everything calmly and professionally. I will happily return to Michael’s, especially with people like Jeanette working there.

Online orders do not complete quickly. The lady at the empty counter did not want to waste her time looking it up. I dont understand what takes so long when I have my order confirmation and I bring the item to you.

Always a pleasure visiting Michaels. The floral department is my favorite, it's like a magical garden for fairies. Everything is always so organized, and the staff is very helpful. Whoever handles inventory or replenishment is spot on, doing a fantastic job..

Michael's is a nice store. I like their yarn inventory. I also like to check my local store's inventory online. Sometimes I go in to make my purchase, and sometimes I will order online and pick it up. Both work just great.
