Melvin was an excellent realtor! He was always available to answer questions. He helped me find a house while I was all the way in Mississippi trying to PCS to Georgia. I was unable to visit to physically look at houses so he used FaceTime to show the houses that I wanted to see. I signed a contract on my house without seeing it in person. He gives you reassurance and provides accurate feedback on any concerns you may have. He will even help you walk through certain things that you might not like about the property to give you options of how it can easily be changed or fixed to your liking.
